Live Feeder guarantee

We guarantee live delivery on all our feeders, as long as someone is available to receive package on the first attempt. Our feeders are all shipped via 2 Day Priority Mail, and they will be left at the door if no one is available to receive them. We must be contacted within 12 hours via phone for DOA deliveries at 337-962-5685.
We are not responsible for carrier delays on feeder arrival. Although we cannot provide a tracking number, if you do not receive your feeders in 3 days, please give us a call and we will track down the package for you.

Bearded Dragon Guarantees

We offer a live arrival guarantee on all of our dragons, as long as someone is available to sign for the package on the first attempt made by the driver. Our dragons are shipped FedEx Overnight by 10:30, signature required. Other details of our shipping guarantee are discussed when calling to purchase a dragon.
We offer a 7 day health guarantee on all of our dragons. We highly suggest a veterinarian visit within the first 7 days for a health check-up, and if you have any concerns, please contact us immediately. After 7 days, if you have any concerns or questions, you can always feel free to contact us, and we will be willing to work with you to help you make sure your dragon is happy and healthy, but will require a veterinarian visit after this point before discussing a refund or replacement dragon.
We are always available to help if you have any general questions or concerns no matter how old your dragon is, so please feel free to contact us at anytime. We are always glad to help, whether a dragon is purchased from us or not. Our main concern is and always has been for the animals, so we try to remain available for our customers at any time.
